QUEENSLAND ADULT DETERIORATION DETECTION SYSTEM (Q-ADDS) RESEARCH PROJECT
Q-ADDS SURVEY
If you are health professional that uses the Q-ADDS charting system, then we NEED your input!

Our research team are undertaking a study aimed at identifying the socio-cultural factors influencing health professionals' compliance with Q-ADDS.
​
You can participate two ways:
​
Complete an ANONYMOUS SURVEY This could take as little as 15 minutes of your time.
​
You can ALSO participate in a CONFIDENTIAL INTERVIEW. Interviews will be limited to 60 minutes.
​
All personal details are confidential, and your name will never be linked with any of the information collected.
​
